In My Mount Everest, five Irish adult literacy students tell their stories of having, and overcoming, difficulties with literacy. All are students at Adult Learning Centres in Roscommon, Longford and Cavan.

This 45-minute programme was made with the support of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland and was first broadcast on Shannonside/Northern Sound in 2010.

This programme was shortlisted for a PPI Radio Award in 2011.
